Persons having questions regarding their property assessment and wishing to discuss them informally should call 715-848-9300. Note: Many questions and concerns can be resolved over the phone. If further discussion is needed, informal meetings will be held at the Town Hall on May 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on an appointment basis only. (No appointment is needed to come in and look at the assessment roll book and sales book.)
For property owners with unresolved questions regarding their property assessment, the formal Board of Review will be held May 16 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on an appointment basis by calling the Clerk at 783-0050. To appear before the Board of Review, 48 hours notice must be made to the Clerk and assessor before the Board of Review meeting. A completed form must be filed or the Board of Review may not review your appeal.
